Red River Garage Doors is my new "Go-To". Rudy and his team hung a 12x14' door for me on 7/31/2023. He arrived ahead of time and within 2 mins, let me know I had a problem. My coral fence had to be cut and welded out. I had the equipment but did not know how to use it yet. His team member did not hesitate, he cut and welded the section out (Was NOT an easy job) and they went to work on the door (Pictures to follow - but I had to get this review out). Highly recommend Rudy. Someone who is out there working hard and does a great job as well (hard to find these days) He made sure to keep in contact and showed up when he said he was going to. Got to my house assessed the problem and started fixing it immediately. The door didn't need to be replaced and it ended up just being a tune up with some adjustments. This is our 2nd time to use Rudy and his team and they were just as fast and courteous as the first time! Our cars were trapped in our garage after our garage door cratered and he came within an hour of calling him to get the garage door down and our cars out. We had to order a replacement garage door to match our existing one that wasn’t damaged. I had been waiting almost 2 weeks for another company to come see what was wrong with my garage door but was told that one thing or another of why they hadn't been there yet, so the last time I was told that, I asked if there was another place that could work on my garage door and was told to Google it, so I did. Purchased a house that had a garage door opener without a remote. It is a Ryobi opener, and they are notorious for being difficult to pair with a remote. After multiple unsuccessful attempts with universal remotes, I called Red River Garage Doors expecting I would need to replace the opener. We needed an out of network (Old Republic Home warranty) garage door repair so we called around. Everyone else was rude and didnt really want business. Rudy was extremely polite and added us to his schedule even though he was busy. When he showed up to, he quickly fixed the problem, and more maintenance and didnt want a payment. My garage door quit working on a Friday night. I remembered a friend's recent post on Facebook about a good experience with Red River Garage Door. I searched them up, read the reviews, and called. Rudy came out the same day I called. It turned out to be a super easy fix. Rudy didn't even charge me. I offered to pay a service fee for him coming out but he just waved me away. Our garage door opener stopped working late last Thursday night. I called Friday morning (about 7 a.m.) and the owner texted me back about 15 minutes later. Dalton came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and we set up a time for him to install a new one. At 8:15 this morning, Dalton showed up and installed the new opener. The cost was extremely reasonable, and the service was impeccable. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. He offered the style I wanted and upgraded it to an insulated door for far less than the competition’s uninsulated model. He is a man of his word, very timely and will have the job completed in short order. It doesn’t stop there. He makes all needed adjustments for the door and automatic opener. He cleans and wipes the whole door and outer trim after the installation. He picks up all trash and hauls away all old materials. Red River Garage Doors is a newer company, but Rudy has a decade of experience installing and repairing garage doors and automatic openers. My job needed additional welding and he acted as the contractor and hired the welder and then checked on them while they were working to insure they did a great job and as soon as the door came in he installed it and did cosmetic work as well. I called Red River Garage Doors to come fix my parents garage after another company in Wichita Falls jacked them around. What a amazing man Rudy is with Red River Garage Doors. I explained to him they needed a spring that broke sent him pictures and he got out the next morning and got them all fixed up and also replaced the old wheels and let me say they garage door has never been smoother and you can’t even hear it go up and down. It’s a difference between night and day. I had read all of his reviews and they are all true. I experienced amazing , fast and exceptional customer service from Rudy and this is definitely the place you want to have your garage doors repaired , serviced or even replaced. He does it all.
