My garage door quit working on a Friday night. I remembered a friend's recent post on Facebook about a good experience with Red River Garage Door. I searched them up, read the reviews, and called. Rudy came out the same day I called. It turned out to be a super easy fix. Rudy didn't even charge me. I offered to pay a service fee for him coming out but he just waved me away. Red River Garage Doors is my new "Go-To". Rudy and his team hung a 12x14' door for me on 7/31/2023. He arrived ahead of time and within 2 mins, let me know I had a problem. My coral fence had to be cut and welded out. I had the equipment but did not know how to use it yet. His team member did not hesitate, he cut and welded the section out (Was NOT an easy job) and they went to work on the door (Pictures to follow - but I had to get this review out). Had a garage door opener already installed when I purchased the house, but no remote. I tried multiple universal remotes with no luck (Ryobi openers can be difficult to work with). I called Red River Garage Doors to come fix my parents garage after another company in Wichita Falls jacked them around. What a amazing man Rudy is with Red River Garage Doors. I explained to him they needed a spring that broke sent him pictures and he got out the next morning and got them all fixed up and also replaced the old wheels and let me say they garage door has never been smoother and you can’t even hear it go up and down.
